Can I get access to a Conztellation as a private user?
We offer special and free access to members of our community. It is a free access to a light version of Conztellation. If we recognize you as a member of our community, then we will contact you and grant you access to the system. We also offer free access to any former Urban Care client.
How is a Conztellation built?
It takes several steps. We first need an induction phase during which we collect information on your organization, its portfolio of activity to monitor, its current M&E system, and context. We then build for you a dedicated Conztellation based on your needs and constraints. For instance the type of indicators to monitor, the cost-effectiveness indicators you want to see captured, or the frequency of analysis needed. We then list the number of users to register and their clearance level and put it all online for you.
Can multiple users have access to a Conztellation?
Yes. A Conztellation can be accessed by multiple users with different level of security clearance. For instance, if some documents stored in MemSeed are to be restricted to certain users, then we will make sure it is so, same for financial indicators, or any other sensible information. Conztellation is smart, there are real people from our team running it and paying real attention to each client. You can customize your Conztellation at will, we will do it for you.
Do we need to download a software to have access to our Conztellation?
No. Conztellation is a web-based application. You just have to log in and access your Conztellation from any computer, anytime, anywhere.
Do we need to download and install updates?
No. We do it for you. As Conztellation is administered by our team, all updates and fixes are directly operated by our IT team. We will just inform you of new functionalities as we land them. That’s it.
What is the level of compatibility of the Conztellation system with our computers?
100%. As long as you have an updated internet browser.
How is a Conztellation updated?
Directly by our team. You would just notice sometimes some changes. No download on your side involved here. No software nor patches to install.
What is the pricing of a Conztellation?
It depends on the size of the portfolio to monitor, the frequency of analysis you need (from a monthly to 6-monthly basis), and the number of users. Basically it ranges from US$4,990 to over US$20,000 a year.
How is information stored and secured?
Conztellation is hosted by a dedicated online server which guarantees a maximum level of security. Based on your location, and to boost access, we can mirror the system on a dedicated server near your country of operation. You just have to ask, we take care of it.
Do you plan any evolution in the Conztellation system?
Many! We have on the shelf many functionalities that we will develop along the next years. Once you register as a user, we will give you our evolution schedule. Any user will have access for free to any future evolution during its subscription time.
How do we communicate with our account manager?
Once you are a registered user, you will have the contact of your dedicated account manager. You will be able to contact that person through email, phone or skype.
My organization has very specific needs. How can we adapt the Conztellation to our context?
Conztellation is not an automatic system designed to take on millions of users. It is a high-quality advanced M&E and KM system supported by our workshop. We see ourselves as craftsmen that pay maximum attention to our clients. Based on your demand, we can adapt the system to any of your needs.
